Our Tech Journey
Co-Founders of Pyro.Solutions Jason Briggs and Jonathan Jeffery bring with them a unique combination of career experience, Jason with 12 years in prospect research and Jonathan with over 20 years in financial analysis and senior academic roles.
Jason and Jon crossed paths whilst working at The University of Sheffield, Jason as a prospect researcher in the philanthropy department and Jonathan as a senior lecturer of the Business & Management School. Their first aim was to advance the philanthropy sector knowledge through a series of education talks (PyroTalks CIC), bringing together the needs of prospect research with academic level knowledge.
This combination of careers and on the ground experience in delivering training grew into the creation of three first of their kind resources for the sector, Code-fi, Nova and Orbit, each addressing specific challenges researchers face in prospect identification and qualification.
